The Cumby’s Swag Shop is operated and fulfilled by Imprint Engine on behalf of Cumberland Farms.
General Questions
When will my order ship?
During normal business operations (Monday – Friday), orders are processed within 24 business hours after they’re placed. Imprint Engine cannot refund or cancel orders once they’re processed.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 5-12 working days from order date to delivery. For any other general questions regarding your order, please email support@imprintengine.com.
Where does the Cumby's Cumby's Swag Shop ship to?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states. Local state laws apply when shipping hazardous materials. We ship international shipments upon request, but additional freight, duties, and taxes may apply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. For questions regarding your order, please email support@imprintengine.com.
How will my purchase show on my credit card statement?
Credit card purchases will show on your statement as “imprintengine.com”.

Returns/Exchanges:
What is the return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I process a return?
To begin the return process please send us an email at returns@imprintengine.com stating the reason for the return request. Once your return has been approved and you have received email confirmation please print the confirmation email and include it in the box with the items being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Can I exchange for a different item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@imprintengine.com and send your item to:
